You will receive your personal key code conveniently by e-mail 1 day before your arrival. This allows you to check in at any time without having to wait.
Is parking available at the apartment building?
Yes, parking spaces are available directly at the house.
Are pets allowed in the apartments?
Pets are welcome in some of our apartments on request. There is an additional cleaning charge of 15 euros per pet per night. Please contact us in advance to reserve a pet-friendly apartment.
Is there WLAN in the apartments?
Yes, free high-speed WLAN is available in all our apartments.
Can I book additional services such as breakfast?
We do not offer breakfast and other additional services directly in the house, but there are many cafés and restaurants in the immediate vicinity.
Can I arrive at any time, even if reception is not manned?
Yes, absolutely! Our reception is not manned around the clock, but you can check in at any time, 24 hours a day. Your personal key code gives you access to both the front door and your apartment. The code is valid throughout your stay and allows you flexible and uncomplicated access.
Is cleaning offered during my stay?
We clean all apartments 3 times a week, including fresh bed linen and towels. Please contact us for additional cleaning services.
How long can I rent an apartment for?
Our apartments are available for flexible rental periods from a few days to six months.
Is there a kitchen in the apartment?
Yes, each apartment has a fully equipped kitchen so that you can easily cater for yourself.
How does check-out work?
Check-out is just as easy as check-in. You can check out at any time up to 11:00 am by simply leaving the apartment – the key code is then automatically deactivated.
What do I do if I need support during my stay?
Our team is always available by phone or e-mail to help you quickly with any questions or problems.
How far is the train station from the apartment building?
The train station is only a 20-minute walk from the apartment building. Thanks to the central location, you can reach us quickly and easily on foot or by public transport.
