Wir hatten eine Suite bestehend aus einem grossen Wohnschlafzimmer mit Doppelbett und Mini-Balkon, einem zusätzlichen Schlafzimmer mit Einzelbett, das wirklich aufgrund der Dachschrägen, winzig war. Es gab eine Küche mit guter Grundausstattung, Geschirrspüler und Kaffeekapselmaschine. Lappen, Schwamm, Spülmittel, Tabs und Kapseln waren fürs erste vorhanden. Alles war super sauber.Bad mit Dusche. Es gab einen Föhn, der allerdings unbrauchbar war.Ansonsten alles sehr neu.Es gibt einen Fahrstuhl. Der Zutritt zum Haus und den Wohneinheiten erfolgt über die Eingabe eines Zahlencodes.Die Nähe zur Emsland-Arena ist unschlagbar.Für Reisende mit Hund auch sehr gut geeignet.Lage ist in einem ruhigen Wohngebiet.

War beruflich für fünf Tage dort und war positiv überrascht. Sehr gut ausgestattete Küche, ein gutes Bett, WLAN-Empfang top, Check in wie auch Check out völlig unkompliziert. Rechnung wurde mir per Mail zugesandt, da aufgrund der Renovierungen das Terminal nicht funktionierte. Mitarbeiterin sehr freundlich und versand die Rechnung noch in meinem beisein, TOP. Komme sehr gerne wieder. Danke
